Chadia Nohra

Chadia Nohra is an experienced language services professional and the Founder & Director of The Language Platform, a premier company based in Beirut, Lebanon, specializing in Arabic, English, and French translation and interpretation. Since 2017, Chadia has led TLP to provide high-quality linguistic solutions through a global network of skilled linguists. In addition, Chadia serves as Language Lead for the British Policing Support Project, managing a pool of translators and ensuring the quality of services. As a freelance interpreter and translator since 2006, Chadia has completed over 1,500 interpretation days and translated more than 75,000 pages, contributing to projects across various sectors, including private, UN agencies, NGOs, and public administrations. Chadia has also imparted knowledge as an instructor in translation and interpretation at multiple Lebanese universities. Chadia holds a Master's degree in Interpretation and a Bachelor's degree in Teaching Languages and Translation from the Lebanese University.
