Currently serving as the TLG Guru Call Center Customer Service Manager at The Larson Group - Peterbilt since December 2014, Jones previously held roles at Willis Shaw Express as Equipment Manager from 2005 to 2014 and at Shipley Motor Company as Master Diesel Tech from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, during a decade-long tenure at The Larson Group - Peterbilt from 1992 to 2002, Jones excelled in multiple positions including Master Diesel Tech, Service Writer, Warranty Administrator, and Shop Foreman.
