The Lavery restaurant is led by Yohei Furuhashi serving modern Mediterranean dishes. Our food is dedicated to a philosophy that respects and celebrates nature, offering dishes that respond to the seasons. Front of house is steered by Alcides Gauto.

We have more than a dozen flexible, light-filled spaces of varying capacities – from meticulously restored period rooms to sleek contemporary galleries.
