Caleb White

Caleb White is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and board leadership. Currently serving as Principal, Board Member, and Market Leader for the Owner-led Business practice at CFAR since January 2017, Caleb also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University, teaching undergraduate courses in Family Enterprise. With a strong background in governance, Caleb is a board member for several organizations, including The Lee Company, Axiam, Inc., and Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc., where leadership roles have been integral to their strategic direction. Previously, Caleb held key advisory roles focused on family businesses and has a rich history with BP and Shawmut Bank. Academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Yale University.
