Ann-Sofie Kielstrup

Ann-Sofie Kielstrup is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Procurement Project Manager at the LEGO Group since August 2012. Kielstrup focuses on implementing sustainability initiatives with Materials & Packing suppliers to deliver sustainable LEGO bricks globally. Previously, roles included Procurement Manager, where process optimization projects and IT projects in global packaging were managed, as well as Portfolio Consultant responsible for cross-functional meetings and optimization processes in FMCG. Earlier career experiences include positions as Business Controller and Forecast Analyst, alongside roles as an intern and student worker in customer service. Kielstrup holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Aarhus University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Aarhus School of Business.
