Anni Friis

Anni Friis is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and employee services, currently serving as Employee Services Operations Lead at the LEGO Group since July 2024. Prior to this role, Anni held the position of Head of Regional People Services EMEA at Vestas from January 2022 to June 2024. Anni's tenure at the LEGO Group began in June 2016, where responsibilities included Business Process Senior Consultant and HR Consultant. Anni also worked as a Specialist in HRIS & Processes in Global HR Operations at Danfoss from September 2015 to May 2016. Anni's educational background includes a Cand. soc. degree in Educational Science with a focus on HR and a Bachelor of Science in Educational Science, both obtained from Aarhus University between 2010 and 2015, along with secondary education at Morsø Gymnasium from 2006 to 2009.
