Denise Lambert

Denise Lambert is currently serving as a Global Operations Support Administrator at the LEGO Group since June 2021, where significant contributions include the completion of over half a million tasks and the global verification of order data. Prior to this role, Denise worked as a Customer Advisor, successfully resolving complex customer issues while maintaining a satisfaction rate above 90% and supporting an SAP-Salesforce integration pilot. From June 2015 to March 2020, Denise held roles at Forever 21, including Operations/Merchandising Lead, managing a store with over $1M in sales and training team members, and Visual Merchandiser, where strategic floor sets led to a 15% sales increase. Denise holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Triton College and has participated in the Year Up United program.
