Drew Hooper

Drew Hooper is a seasoned visual merchandising professional with extensive experience in managing creative projects and customer experiences across various retail environments. Currently serving as a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager at the LEGO Group since October 2022, Drew previously held similar roles at New Look and Debenhams, where responsibilities included leading the strategic development of in-store experiences and achieving profitable growth through exclusive brand activations. With a solid background that also includes project management in Australia for boutique department stores and oversight of international visual standards in the Middle East and Asia, Drew combines a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University for the Creative Arts with ongoing postgraduate studies in Interior Design at the British Academy of Interior Design.
