James Holden

James Holden is an accomplished senior director at LEGO Group, specializing in People Partner Operations since January 2019. Prior to this role, James Holden held several key positions at Procter & Gamble from July 2010 to January 2019, including Senior Manager of Human Resources for Northern Europe, Senior HR Manager for Thailand and Myanmar, and Senior Human Resources Manager for Global Baby Care, overseeing HR functions for a large workforce. James Holden also managed Labor Relations for Procter & Gamble in Asia, developing strategies tailored to regional needs. James Holden earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management from Imperial College London between 1989 and 1994.
