Jannika Cao

Jannika Cao is a skilled prototyping engineer currently employed at the LEGO Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jannika worked as an R&D engineer at Louis Poulsen from February 2021 to May 2024 and co-founded LifeBoard by WeConsider, where responsibilities included concept and product development, graphic design, and leading marketing and branding efforts from November 2019 to February 2021. Earlier experience at the LEGO Group as a product design intern in 2018 involved contributing to the LEGO Super Mario line. Jannika holds a Master of Science in Industrial Design Engineering from Aalborg University, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Architecture & Design from the same institution, as well as an industrial design degree from RMIT University.
