Jesper Toubøl

Jesper Toubøl is an accomplished senior leader in operations and product development, currently serving as Vice President Operations - Moulding Production at the LEGO Group since July 2013, focusing on production excellence and innovation. Previously held positions at LEGO include Vice President Elements and Moulds and Vice President R&D Packaging and Processing, with responsibilities encompassing product and process platform development. Jesper has also contributed to the industry as a Board Member of Engineer the Future since January 2019, promoting STEM engagement among youth. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at KiMs A/S, Oracle Corporation, and Philips, emphasizing logistics, IT strategy, and engineering. Jesper's educational background includes advanced leadership training from IMD and INSEAD, as well as a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Aalborg University.
