Jonas Herskind Sejr

Jonas Herskind Sejr is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager for Developer Productivity at the LEGO Group since February 2023, where responsibilities include managing a team of 10 IT engineers and defining software development strategies. Previous roles include Advisory Data Scientist/Lead Architect at Siemens Gamesa, contributing to the development of a next-generation vibration diagnostics system, and a Ph.D. student at the University of Southern Denmark specializing in Explainable Machine Learning and Outlier Detection. Jonas has also served in various capacities at the LEGO Group as a DevOps Engineer/Architect and Solutions Architect, led a research project at Actua ApS, and managed software development teams at Cofman.com. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Explainable Outlier Detection using Machine Learning, as well as multiple graduate diplomas and a master's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Aarhus University and the University of Southern Denmark.
