Kent Frederiksen

Kent Frederiksen holds significant expertise in rewards and compensation management, currently serving as Vice President of Rewards at LEGO Group. Previously, Kent occupied the role of Vice President of Total Rewards at Danfoss and served as Compensation and Benefits Manager for EMEA at Johnson Controls.
