Linda Binderup Mark

Linda Binderup Mark is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and strategic HR partnering. Currently serving as People Partner Director at the LEGO Group since May 2025, Linda previously held the role of Director of People & Organisation at VELUX from August 2020 to May 2025, overseeing HR business partnering for various divisions. Prior roles at VELUX include Director of HR Partnering for VELUX Supply, where responsibilities encompassed organizational design and executive recruitment, as well as facilitating HR strategy implementation. Linda's earlier experience includes positions in HR and communications roles at Nel Hydrogen and VELFAC, alongside foundational work in communications at Genmab. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organisation & Strategy from Aalborg University.
