Maria Planes is a Senior Design Manager and Team Lead at the LEGO Group. Maria is also the Co-Founder of Hello Ada, a platform focused on promoting STEM interest in girls. Prior to this, Maria was a Senior Design Lead at Unilever and Co-Founder/Creative Director at How I met my Mentor. Maria also has experience as a Product Designer in freelance work and as a Trend Watcher at Coolhunting Community. Maria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València.
