Marie Jacobsen

Marie Jacobsen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in establishing and managing large teams across multinational environments. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Director and Head of Platform Technology at the LEGO Group, Marie leads the creation of a new department with over 40 full-time employees in multiple countries. Previously, at Ørsted, Marie held various senior management positions, including Senior Manager for Platform, Integration & Data, where a new agile delivery organization was developed, and Senior Manager for Trading, Integration and Custom Applications, overseeing a team of 135+. Marie's career began at organizations such as Egencia and Triumph International, showcasing a strong foundation in logistics, project management, and consulting. Marie holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree from Copenhagen Business School.
