Skip Kodak joined the LEGO Group in 2002 as Vice President of U.S. Field Sales. Skip has extensive knowledge within customer development, direct to consumer marketing and sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of global Direct-to-Consumer and Merlin Affairs, assuming leadership of driving collaboration and synergy with the company’s strategic operating partner of LEGOLAND® Parks and LEGOLAND® Discovery Centers worldwide. Skip joined LEGO Group Corporate Management in 2012 as Senior Vice President for Shopper Marketing and Channel Development.
In 2017, Skip took on the role as Senior Vice President of Americas Market Group. He is responsible for consumer, shopper and customer operations across North, Central, and South America and accountable for strategic direction setting, execution, and results for the region's marketing, sales, demand planning, and customer service teams.
