Travis Peoples

Travis Peoples is a seasoned professional in sustainability and strategic leadership, currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of Circular Models at the LEGO Group, where oversight includes the Replay program and development of circularity-focused business models. Prior to this role, Travis was Chief Operating Officer of Global Fashion Agenda, managing strategy, partnerships, and operations for the leading sustainability organization in the fashion industry. Travis also held positions at adidas as Director of Global Strategy for Adidas Basketball and at Boston Consulting Group as Project Leader and Management Consultant, specializing in consumer goods and public sector engagements. Academically, Travis holds an M.B.A. and a JD from Duke University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from The Ohio State University and experience at the University of Copenhagen.
