Julien Andrews is an experienced professional with a background in coaching, career guidance, and podcast hosting. Currently serving as the Assistant Basketball Coach for Norristown High School and a College and Career Coach at The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth, Julien also hosts “The Dive” Podcast. Previous roles include serving as a manager for the St. John's University men's basketball team and a participant in the women's basketball program. With education credentials that include a Bachelor's degree in Communications from St. John's University and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University, Julien combines sports management and mental health expertise.

THE LINCOLN CENTER (TLC) for Family and Youth is a social enterprise company serving areas of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and North Carolina. Founded in 1970 by a behavioral health hospital, TLC is an entrepreneurial nonprofit providing innovative education, coaching, and counseling services to individuals and families, as well as grant writing and management services for school districts and universities. TLC is comprised of five divisions: TLC Leadership Academies, TLC Education Institute, TLC Staffing Solutions, TLC Coaching and Counseling Center, and Heather's Hope: A Center for Victims of Crime.
