Tina Reynolds Quinci, LSW, currently serves as a School Social Worker at The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth since December 2022. Prior to this role, Tina held various positions at Laurel House from January 2006 to December 2022, including Senior Director, responsible for Human Resources and oversight of thrift shops, and Senior Director of Community Programs and Supports, overseeing community initiatives such as counseling and domestic abuse response. Tina also worked at Montgomery County as a Children & Youth caseworker from October 1999 to January 2006, and at New Life Youth & Family Services as House Staff from September 1997 to October 1999. Tina obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Widener University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Eastern University, following earlier education at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and Methacton High School.

THE LINCOLN CENTER (TLC) for Family and Youth is a social enterprise company serving areas of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and North Carolina. Founded in 1970 by a behavioral health hospital, TLC is an entrepreneurial nonprofit providing innovative education, coaching, and counseling services to individuals and families, as well as grant writing and management services for school districts and universities. TLC is comprised of five divisions: TLC Leadership Academies, TLC Education Institute, TLC Staffing Solutions, TLC Coaching and Counseling Center, and Heather's Hope: A Center for Victims of Crime.
