Joanna Lee

Joanna Lee serves as the Vice President of Strategic Programs & Legal at The Linux Foundation, leveraging expertise to drive complex initiatives that enhance organizational capabilities and shape the cloud native ecosystem while also acting as the foundation's general counsel. Prior to this role, Joanna held various legal positions including Partner at Gesmer Updegrove LLP and Shareholder at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, focusing on corporate law and intellectual property. Experience includes managing class action settlements at Epiq Systems and representing emerging growth companies at Lane Powell PC and Stoel Rives LLP. Joanna holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.S. in Economics and Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
