Art Schor

Art Schor is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction management across various sectors. Currently, Art Schor serves as a project manager at The LiRo Group, overseeing demolition and marine work at the Gansevoort Peninsula destructor plant since October 2016. Previous roles include project management positions at Northeast Restoration, where Art Schor focused on building universal Pre-K schools, and Armand Corporation, managing building envelope reconstruction for multiple NYCHA projects. Earlier experience includes executive responsibilities at Morgan Contracting, leading the construction of a new public school, and serving as an owner's representative for a luxury condominium project at Urban Realty Partners. Art Schor also has a history of senior project management at Manhattan Skyline and project management at AMEC, contributing to significant airport construction projects at Kennedy and Newark Airports. Art Schor holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from City College of New York.
