The Living Classrooms Foundation
Sarah Errickson-Baldridge, MSHRD, serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Living Classrooms Foundation since March 2022, having previously held the same position at RK&K from December 2019 to January 2022. In these roles, Sarah is responsible for various HR functions, including drug testing coordination, onboarding new hires, conducting exit interviews, managing immigration tasks, and overseeing employee leave processes. Additionally, Sarah handled background checks, maintained employee records in ADP, and was the point of contact for COVID-related communications. Sarah also managed an internship program and coordinated firm events as a Human Resources Assistant. Sarah earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Operatic Voice Performance from The Johns Hopkins University.
