Craig Ducote has extensive experience in staffing and operations management. Currently serving as the Placements Manager at Lofton Staffing Services since April 2007, Craig specializes in placing candidates across various roles without charging fees to individuals. Prior to this, Craig worked at Coca Cola Enterprises from September 2001 to March 2007 as a Lead Operator, overseeing a team of 20 employees and managing three production lines while frequently stepping in as supervisor due to high turnover. Craig holds a degree in Industrial Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Northwestern State University, completed in 1996.
