The Lord's Place
Cristina Lucier has a diverse work experience in the fields of research, teaching, and program management. Cristina started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and later became a Doctoral student at Boston College. During this time, they conducted qualitative and quantitative research on social, environmental, and economic issues while also organizing course curriculum and instructing students.
After completing their doctoral studies, Cristina joined Lynn University as an Assistant Professor of Sociology. Their responsibilities included leading and designing courses in Social Science Research Methods and Self and Society. Cristina also conducted independent research, focusing on environmental sociology and technology and society.
In 2014, Cristina worked as an Instructor at Boston University - Metropolitan College. Their role involved teaching and facilitating learning for students.

The program focuses on activities which build trusting relationships and encourage participants to explore making behavioral change. • Supportive Housing Our supportive housing model gives our clients the time they need to address the issues that led to their homelessness and gives them the tools needed to break the cycle of homelessness. • Job Training & Placement Our Job Training and Placement Program addresses the need for homeless men and women to regain economic self-sufficiency. The program assists clients in finding and maintaining employment by offering job training, placement and education programs.
