Carlos Aquino has extensive experience in research and program management, currently serving as the Lead Research Coordinator at the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center since May 2003, where responsibilities include coordinating a longitudinal observational HIV/AIDS study and overseeing day-to-day operations. Previously, Carlos held the position of Program Manager at Bienestar Human Services from January 2000 to May 2003 and served as an Order Administrator at Ascend Communications from October 1997 to May 1999. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental and Child Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California, completed in 1997.
