Ryan Orebaugh, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration - Human Resources Management from Liberty University between 2008 and 2014. In 2008 and 2009, they also studied Personnel Administration at Marine Corps University. Ryan has also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
