Josh Zets

Josh Zets is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at The M. K. Morse Company since September 2024, overseeing IT operations and strategic planning. Previously, Zets held the position of Director of Information Technology at Incept from July 2018 to August 2024, focusing on customer experience solutions. Prior roles at IBM included Director of Technical Support, where a new Level 3 support team was created for the IBM Watson Health platform, and Director of Software Engineering, Applications, managing development teams for healthcare-related web applications. Zets also contributed as a Solution Support Manager after IBM's acquisition of Explorys, and as Application Support Team Lead at Explorys. Earlier in career, Zets directed global Health Informatics and Technical Support at PerkinElmer, following a decade at Electronic Data Systems in Controls Engineer roles. Zets holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Kettering University.
