Matthew Clay

Matthew Clay, CPA (Inactive), has extensive experience in financial management and analysis, currently serving as Controller and previously as Financial Analyst at The M.K. Morse Company since October 2017. Prior experience includes a managerial role at 415 Group from January 2006 to October 2017, where responsibilities included leading engagements in tax preparation, planning, attest and non-attest engagements, and audits of employee benefit plans, as well as mentoring staff and participating in business development. Matthew also worked as an Associate and intern at 415 Group and Rentwear, Inc., respectively. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Walsh University, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
