Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sr. Strategist in our Dallas office (hybrid) to aid in developing culturally resonant brand positionings, primary research and communications. In this role, you will be an important contributor to the overall strategic direction of the account. The Sr. Strategist partners with Account, Creative and inter-agency colleagues to effectively develop solutions, ensuring that they deliver resonant communications that contribute significantly to the client’s business.  This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a naturally curious mind, collaborative working style and strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic thought leadership in the development of brand positionings, primary research, and resonant communications
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from all available sources to provide strategic implications and creative inspiration
  • Lead creative briefing process and own the development of an insightful and inspiring creative brief supported by data, trends, and creative storytelling
  • Confidently interact with clients and agency partners on multi-agency teams to gather data, research and insights that will support in the planning and execution of our client’s consumer events, experiences and communications materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater
  • 7+ years of experience building brand communications strategy
  • Ability/drive to make decisions with conviction in ambiguous and fast-moving environments; must be comfortable “filling in the blanks” with only 70% of the facts at-hand
  • Dynamic personality with ability to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
  • High level of energy and enthusiastic
