TMA is looking for a Marketing Analyst, Impact Strategy to join our agency. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Impact Strategy.
As the key data expert on the team, you will own all aspects of social media performance reporting, insights, and optimizations across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X, and others. Your work will be pivotal in shaping social strategies and ensuring that our campaigns meet and exceed objectives.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams, translating performance data into actionable insights. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts data analyst and social strategist, with a strong interest in how metrics and insights can elevate social media impact.
