Ryan Wickert has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Ryan is currently the Chief Financial Officer at The Mather Group, LLC since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Northern Trust Asset Management from June 2018 to November 2022. Before joining Northern Trust, Ryan worked at Northern Trust Corporation, where they served as the Regional CFO, Senior Vice President of the Wealth Management Business Unit from 2016 to 2018, Head of FP&A, Vice President of the Wealth Management Business Unit from 2012 to 2016, and Vice President of Global Tax Strategy from 2010 to 2012. Ryan also has experience as an International Tax Manager at Komatsu America Corp. from 2007 to 2010, Supervisor of Corporate Finance & Strategic Initiatives at Navistar International Corporation from 2006 to 2007, and Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at SL Virtual Markets from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, they worked as an Internal Consultant at Walgreens Boots Alliance from 2005 to 2006 and held various roles, including International Finance Senior Analyst, at Comdisco from 1999 to 2005.
Ryan Wickert completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a Certificate in Conflict/Dispute Resolution & Mediation at Saint Xavier University in 2000. Later, they obtained a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2008. Finally, Ryan pursued an MBA with concentrations in Strategy, International Business, Managerial Economics, and Organizational Behavior at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2009 to 2011.
