The MAX Challenge
Samantha Sensale is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in personal training and group fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Personal Trainer at Retro Fitness since November 2016, Samantha also contributes as a Fitness Instructor at THE MAX Challenge and a Group Fitness Instructor at Beatbox Fitness, specializing in cardio kickboxing and boot camp sessions. Prior roles include Fitness Manager at Pure Core Personal Training and Personal Trainer at Resolution Fitness, with early experience as a Dance Instructor at Strut Your Stuff Studio of Performing Arts. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, enhancing their dynamic approach to fitness.
