Thomas Field

Thomas Field is a researcher at The MBS Group since September 2024 and has been a semi-professional rugby player for Bracknell Rugby Football Club since January 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a research associate at Sam Allen Associates, where responsibilities involved executive search and advisory solutions, and as a project manager at Premier Education UK, the leading provider of sport and exercise in primary schools. Additional roles include data analyst and data quality support officer at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where data analysis and quality assurance were key tasks. Thomas holds a BA (Hons) in History from Brunel University of London, completed in 2020.
