Jennifer Ives

Jennifer Ives is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology, education, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Cofounder and CEO of Stealth Mode since May 2023, Ives also holds positions on the advisory boards of RePicture and The Mentor Method, focusing on fostering STEM connections and mentorship program development, respectively. As a board member of Boolean Girl, Ives advocates for encouraging female and non-binary participation in engineering and coding. Ives is a founding member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership roles. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at 3Pillar Global and North America SVP at Top Employers Institute, along with hosting innovation-focused podcasts. Ives is an alumna of the University of Virginia and George Mason University.
