Omar Perez completed their education at several institutions. Omar earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras in the years 2000 to 2005. Following this, from 2005 to 2015, they pursued their MD in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. Lastly, in the year 2015 to 2016, they participated in the Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship Program at Baylor College of Medicine.
