Gloria Cloud

Gloria Cloud, BSW, CDCA, currently serves as a Smoking Cessation Coach and Addiction Counselor at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, Ohio, since June 2023. Previously, Gloria worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Community Assessment & Treatment Services (CATS), Inc. from March 2022 to June 2023, facilitating cognitive behavioral group therapy and individual counseling sessions. Additional experience includes roles such as Group Clinician at Oriana House, Detox Counselor at Stella Maris Cleveland, and various counseling positions at CATS, including Federal Outpatient and Men’s Residential Counselor. Gloria's earlier career also includes positions focused on supporting foster care youth and life skills education, alongside roles in customer service and maintenance. Gloria obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University and an Associate of Arts in Human Services from Cuyahoga Community College, with additional studies in Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at Cleveland State University.
