Kacie Wears

Kacie Wears, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Financial Reporting at The MetroHealth System, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this, Kacie held various managerial roles, including Manager of General & Property Accounting at TravelCenters of America, where oversight was provided for a team of property accountants and capital asset accounting was managed in accordance with US GAAP. Additional experience encompasses the role of Accounting and HR Manager at TEST-FUCHS GmbH, where Kacie contributed to the implementation of a new ERP system and collaborated with multiple departments in a specialized aerospace context. Previous positions include Senior Accountant in Assurance Services at Maloney + Novotny LLC and Sikich, along with an early role as an Office Assistant at Kent State University. Kacie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Kent State University.
