Shanell Harris, MSSA, LSW, TICP, currently serves as the Manager of the Trauma Recovery Center at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH, since November 2020. Prior to this role, Shanell worked as an Associate Teacher Counselor at Positive Education Program from April 2019 to November 2020. Education includes a Master's degree in Social Work from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Ursuline College, earned in May 2017.
