Tiffany McKinney Short

Tiffany McKinney Short, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of External Education and Workforce Development at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH since 2018. Prior roles include Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Corporate College, Director of HR and Organizational Development at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, and Global Change Management Lead at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Tiffany has also held significant positions at American Greetings Corp., Invacare, and Accenture, where expertise in human performance consulting was demonstrated across various industries.
