William Dube

William Dube has an extensive work history in communications and strategic roles. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Communications at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH. Previously, they held significant positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where they were the Senior Advisor for Marketing and Communications Strategy and later the Vice President of Strategic Communications. At the Bank, they oversaw a 15-person in-house PR agency and led a shift in communications strategy to address the 2022 inflation surge. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Communications and Media Relations at Cleveland State University and as the Communications Director at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation. William also held various roles at the Rochester Institute of Technology, including Director of Research Communications and Assistant Director of Research Relations. Earlier in their career, they served as the Campaign Coordinator for Wade Norwood for Mayor and the Office Director for Summit and Portage County at America Coming Together. William also worked as the Communications Director for New York State Assemblyman Joseph Morelle and as the Executive Director at the Monroe County Democratic Committee. Dube began their career as a Field Coordinator at Gore2000, where they managed field offices and coordinated volunteer efforts in New Hampshire and New York.

William Dube earned their High School Diploma from White Mountains Regional High School in 1993. William then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at Northeastern University from 1993 to 1998. Later, they completed their Master of Science degree in Public Policy from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2009.
