William Dube earned their High School Diploma from White Mountains Regional High School in 1993. William then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at Northeastern University from 1993 to 1998. Later, they completed their Master of Science degree in Public Policy from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2009.
