Jennifer Rogich

Jennifer Rogich serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of People Operations at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research since June 2021, following a brief tenure as an Independent Human Resources Consultant at the foundation. Prior to this role, Jennifer accumulated extensive experience at Marsh from 2002 to 2020, where responsibilities included HR leadership across various divisions generating significant revenue and strategic HR support for global operations. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions in Human Resources at ZonaFinanciera, Capital One, and Citigroup, along with foundational roles at Teltech Resource Network. Educationally, Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in German and Sociology from Hamline University, along with study experience at The University of Freiburg.
