Johnny Spagnola has a strong work history in customer service and managerial roles. Johnny currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Customer at Servbank since January 2023. Before that, Johnny was the Director of Contact Center at University of Phoenix from September 2002 to April 2018. In this role, they oversaw multiple customer service and sales contact centers, managed a large team of employees, and implemented various projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Johnny Spagnola has a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. Johnny also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Web and Graphic Design from Collins College. Additionally, Johnny completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in 2018. In 2014, they obtained the Insite Certified Yellow Belt in Call Center Sigma from Insite Managed Solutions, LLC - The Contact Center Experts.
