William van Tuinen

William Van Tuinen has extensive experience in finance and ministry, currently serving as the Pastor of Global Outreach and Stewardship at The Moody Church since September 2019. Prior to this role, Van Tuinen worked as a Managing Director at Virtus Investment Partners and Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. from January 2014 to June 2019, where responsibilities included global research coverage and managing investment processes resulting in notable performance metrics. From January 1999 to November 2011, Van Tuinen held the position of EVP/Portfolio Manager at Institutional Capital, driving assets under management and participating in investment decisions across multiple portfolios. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
