Monica M. currently serves as the People & Culture Manager at The Moore since July 2023, contributing to the reimagining of the establishment as a multifaceted venue. Prior to this role, Monica held various positions, including People & Culture MIT at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from September 2022 to June 2023 and Human Resources Manager at Mayfair House Hotel and Garden during its pre-opening phase from April 2022 to August 2022. Monica co-founded Minimalist Bug from January 2019 to March 2022 and served as Human Resources Officer at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from August 2016 to October 2017. Monica M. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida International University.

Designed for Miami’s worldly population of residents and visitors, The Moore offers an elevated mix of private and public-facing concepts that come to life in the heart of Miami Design District. Built in 1922 and one of Miami’s most recognizable landmarks, The Moore is being reimagined as a centerpiece of Miami culture and social life. In late 2023, The Moore will reopen as a private social club, 15-suite boutique hotel, members-only workplace and public-facing restaurant.
