Stephen is responsible for development efforts in Dallas / Fort Worth, including sourcing new opportunities and overseeing all aspects of the development process.
Prior to joining Morgan, Stephen served as a Development Manager with JPI, a Dallas-based multifamily development and construction management company. Throughout his career, Stephen has been involved with the development of over 5,500 units at a cost in excess of $1B all located in the DFW metroplex.
Stephen Holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University.
