Prior to their current role, Cliff held positions such as Exploration Manager at Bravura Zimbabwe, Project Geologist at Magnum Mining and Exploration Ltd, and Chief Geologist at Anglo American. Cliff also served as a Senior Geologist at Northam Platinum and a Graduate Geologist at Zimplats. Cliff obtained their BSc Hons in Geology from Rhodes University in 2003.
