Carlos Posse is a seasoned QA Engineer with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently employed as a Senior QA Engineer at The Multiplayer Group (MPG) since August 2021, Carlos previously held various roles at Activision from June 2013 to August 2021, including QA Language Lead for Spanish, Korean, and Japanese teams, where responsibilities included testing projects, mentoring teams, and ensuring accurate bug fixes. Additionally, Carlos worked as a QA Language Lead for Latin Spanish at Activision Blizzard in 2018, focusing on team leadership and quality assurance in video game localization.

They had the lightbulb moment that building a company solely on multiplayer wasn’t as ridiculous an idea as they’d first assumed. Thy allowing us to supercharge their ambitions whilst still remainingtechnology agnostic and laser. They provide multi-disciplinary teams of producers, artists, designers, QA and engineers, who will take full responsibility for content delivery, and deliver complete game projects from start to finish.
