Chris Kirby is an experienced technology leader in the gaming industry, currently serving as Head of Engineering and Technical Director at The Multiplayer Group since March 2019, where management of a large engineering team focuses on developing core technology for major publishers. Previous roles include Lead Programmer at NosyJones, where Chris contributed to the mobile title Chicken Pox Scrambled Eggs, and freelance games development at Kirby Studios, delivering projects on time and within budget. Notable freelance positions include Lead Programmer at Ironbelly Studios Inc., where multiple titles were developed, and contributions to various games as part of Gala Collider, Quirkat, and Biodroid Entertainment. Earlier in the career path, Chris held directorial and programming roles at The Pitbull Syndicate and Reflections Interactive, with significant achievements including the development of Monster Truck Rally and work on award-nominated titles like NBA JAM.

They had the lightbulb moment that building a company solely on multiplayer wasn’t as ridiculous an idea as they’d first assumed. Thy allowing us to supercharge their ambitions whilst still remainingtechnology agnostic and laser. They provide multi-disciplinary teams of producers, artists, designers, QA and engineers, who will take full responsibility for content delivery, and deliver complete game projects from start to finish.
