Dale Field is a Senior Information Technology Analyst at The Multiplayer Group (MPG) since August 2021, following a role as an Information Technology Support Analyst. Prior to this, Dale served as an Information Technology Support Officer at Peak District National Park from September 2019 to August 2021, which began as a placement year during studies and was extended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Dale's earlier experience includes working as an Operator at Western Power Distribution from December 2010 to September 2017, where responsibilities included supporting technical staff and managing stock and customer interactions. Dale holds a degree in Computer Games Programming with a focus on Gameplay and AI from the University of Derby, completed in 2021, and completed an Access Course in Business and Computing at Buxton & Leek College in 2018.

They had the lightbulb moment that building a company solely on multiplayer wasn’t as ridiculous an idea as they’d first assumed. Thy allowing us to supercharge their ambitions whilst still remainingtechnology agnostic and laser. They provide multi-disciplinary teams of producers, artists, designers, QA and engineers, who will take full responsibility for content delivery, and deliver complete game projects from start to finish.
